For a quiet moment before journaling. One small clear quartz star with interlocking triangular forms.
A star for a still moment.
In contemporary sacred-geometry practice, the interlocking tetrahedra of a merkaba represent balance. The paired forms give this clear-to-cloudy carving its star outline, with triangular faces and gently rounded tips.
The story
A 2015 article in the French mathematics journal Le Petit Vert documented this star form at the entrances of Jovilliers Abbey and the former presbytery of Stainville. It also showed how the form can be built from two interlocking tetrahedra.
Choose one word for today.
Set it on a folded cloth beside your journal. Follow the two triangular forms with your eyes, name one quality you want to bring to your day, and write that word at the top of your page.
