Standard US delivery is estimated at 15–20 calendar days after dispatch. Contact us before ordering if you need your bracelet for a particular date.

Our bracelets dispatch from Guangzhou, China, within 48–72 hours after payment. We process and dispatch orders seven days a week. Transit time is additional. Contact us with your order number for an update, or before ordering for a fixed event date.
For US orders, standard delivery is estimated at 15–20 calendar days after dispatch, in addition to the 48–72 hours needed to prepare your order. Delivery dates are estimates; customs checks and carrier delays may extend this timeframe. Contact us if you need help with an order that is delayed.
When tracking is available, we send it to the contact method on your order. If the tracking stops updating or you need help with delivery, email support@stonewhisper.co with your order number.
Your bracelet comes in our Stone Whisper kraft gift box, with 20–40 g of clear quartz chips included. The chips are for an optional personal cleansing ritual; see our care guide for how to use them.
Available destinations and international shipping rates are shown at checkout. If a carrier or customs authority requests an import payment, contact support@stonewhisper.co before paying when practical so we can investigate.
If your shipping address changes, contact us as soon as possible. We will check the order status and confirm whether the address can still be updated before dispatch.
