Yes. We use natural gemstone beads and volcanic glass such as obsidian. Each product lists its material, bead size and known treatment details. Natural color and inclusions make each strand individual; contact us if you want help with a particular piece.
Natural beads vary in color, banding and inclusions. Screens can also show colors differently. Use the photos and product details to understand the design; the bracelet you receive may vary bead by bead.

Finished bracelets are dispatched within 3 days of payment. Custom Studio bracelets are made within 48 hours and dispatched within 3 days of payment. US delivery takes 12–17 days after dispatch (about 14–20 days from your order) and may take longer with customs or carrier delays; allow extra time for an occasion or a fixed date. Free standard US shipping is available. See our shipping information and contact us before ordering if you need a particular delivery date.
Finished bracelet orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. Email support@stonewhisper.co with your order number. Returns after delivery follow our return conditions.
If an eligible finished bracelet isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unworn condition; we cover return postage. Keep it out of long, strong sun (UV can lighten some stones, amethyst included), wipe it with a soft dry cloth, and take it off before showering, swimming, or sleeping. The elastic lasts longest when you roll it on and off rather than stretching it wide. Full guidance is on our Care page →
Yes. Every bracelet comes in our Stone Whisper kraft gift box with 20–40 g of clear quartz chips for your own cleansing ritual. We cleanse it with sage and clear quartz before dispatch, so it arrives ready to wear. To send it as a gift, enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need special packing arrangements. For a gift based on a birth reading, explore Birth together using the wearer’s birth date, local birth time and birthplace. A custom bracelet needs to be made before it travels. Our supplier makes custom pieces, and our team checks, packs and ships them. Dispatch is the handover to a carrier; arrival happens later. See the shipping page for order help.

Use the dimensions in that product’s “Details.” Check whether they describe the stone, the outer size of a tray or the complete piece. Start with a soft, dry cloth and follow the care notes for the item’s material. Store pieces separately so they do not knock against each other. Place spheres, points and stands on a stable surface away from edges, and keep clear quartz spheres out of direct sunlight. Keep fabric-lined trays and organizers dry. Every bracelet comes with a Stone Whisper kraft gift box and 20–40 g of clear quartz chips. For pendants, pocket stones, display pieces and organizers, the individual product page lists what comes with that item. A tray or organizer sold empty does not include the jewelry, stones or other props shown in its photos.
