Bracelets dispatch from Guangzhou, China, within 48–72 hours after payment. Estimated US transit is 15–20 calendar days after dispatch; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Free standard US shipping is available. See our shipping information and contact us before ordering if you need a particular delivery date.
Finished bracelet orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. Email support@stonewhisper.co with your order number. Returns after delivery follow our return conditions.

Keep it out of long, strong sun (UV can lighten some stones, amethyst included), wipe it with a soft dry cloth, and take it off before showering, swimming, or sleeping. The elastic lasts longest when you roll it on and off rather than stretching it wide. Full guidance is on our Care page →
Yes. Every bracelet comes in our Stone Whisper kraft gift box with 20–40 g of clear quartz chips for an optional personal ritual. To send it as a gift, enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need special packing arrangements. One honest note — a chart-matched strand reads from the wearer’s own birth details, so for that you’ll want their date on hand; otherwise just pick a finished stone they’d love.
A custom bracelet needs to be made before it travels. Our supplier makes custom pieces, and our team checks, packs and ships them. Dispatch is the handover to a carrier; arrival happens later. See the shipping page for order help.
