This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you visit or make a purchase from our store. By using the site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information we collect
We collect information that you provide directly and information that is gathered automatically as you browse:
- Information you give us — your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, wrist size, and any birth-date or birth-time details you choose to enter into our element-matching tool or provide with a custom order.
- Order and payment information — items purchased and order totals. Card and payment details are entered with and processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
- Information collected automatically — your device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below).
How we use your information
- To process, fulfil, and ship your orders, and to size and assemble custom bracelets.
- To run the stone-matching tool — birth details you enter are used to read your chart and suggest stones; this is a structured analysis method, not a prediction or guarantee.
- To communicate with you about orders, respond to enquiries, and — where you have opted in — send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To detect and prevent fraud, secure the site, and meet legal and tax obligations.
- To understand how the store is used so we can improve it.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, measure traffic, and — where permitted — support advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the store work. Where required by law, we will request consent before setting non-essential cookies.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors integrated with our store platform. When you pay, your payment information is transmitted directly to and processed by those providers under their own terms and privacy policies. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details needed to fulfil your order.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the store — for example our ecommerce platform, payment processors, and shipping carriers — and only as needed to perform those services, or where required by law or to protect our rights.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the store, fulfil orders, and meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of marketing. Children’s privacy
The store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Terms of Service
The Stone Whisper store is operated by 卜灵贸易（义乌市）有限公司, based in Yiwu, China. In these Terms, “Stone Whisper,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to this company operating the store. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the store and your purchases from it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
Products and descriptions
- Our crystal beads are sold as natural mineral stone. Cord and any metal findings are separate materials. Natural origin does not mean untreated; check the product description for known treatments, or ask us about the specific piece before ordering. Color and inclusions can vary between beads.
- The stone-matching is offered as a structured analysis method to help you choose a stone. It is for personal interest only and is not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice, and makes no guarantee of any outcome.
- We try to display colours and details accurately, but your screen may render them differently.
Orders, pricing, and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or refuse or cancel an order — including after an order is placed — and will refund any payment for an order we cancel. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier hands the package to you.
Shipping
We offer free standard US shipping. Preparation and carrier transit are separate steps; available international destinations and rates are shown at checkout. See our shipping information. If a carrier or customs authority requests an import payment, contact support@stonewhisper.co before paying when practical.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy below, which forms part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this store — text, photography, graphics, logos, the Stone Whisper name, and the design and output of our matching tools — is owned by Stone Whisper or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the store unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data, or to infringe the rights of others.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The store and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Stone Whisper is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Changes & contact

Refund Policy
Cancellations
Custom Studio orders: cancel within 48 hours after payment for a full refund. We begin making your bracelet after that window. After 48 hours, custom pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Help for damaged or incorrect items remains available. To request cancellation, email support@stonewhisper.co with your order number.
Finished bracelet orders: You can cancel before dispatch. Once your parcel has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. To request cancellation, email support@stonewhisper.co with your order number. Returns after delivery are separate and follow the return conditions below.
A bracelet has to feel right on your wrist. If yours doesn’t, here’s exactly when you can return it and how the refund works. For step-by-step return instructions, see our Returns page.
Return window
For eligible ready-made, non-custom items, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the bracelet is unworn, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to your original payment method; please allow time for your bank or card issuer to post it.
How to start a return
- Contact us at support@stonewhisper.co with your order number to request a return.
- We’ll confirm whether the item qualifies and send return instructions; items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Custom and made-to-order pieces
Personalised bracelets created in the Studio are made to order. These custom pieces are excluded from standard change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, the support and remedies described above still apply.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping, at no cost to you.
Refund timing and method
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Original shipping charges, where any applied, are non-refundable for standard returns and refunded when the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
