Each bracelet is strung and packed to order. Finished bracelets are dispatched within 3 days of payment. Custom Studio bracelets are made within 48 hours and dispatched within 3 days of payment. Some crystal goods, such as desk crystals, pocket stones and earrings, take up to 5 days to dispatch; the product page says which.
US delivery takes 12–17 days after dispatch. From the day you order, allow about 14–20 days for bracelets and up to 22 days for pieces that take 5 days to dispatch. Customs or carrier delays may take longer. Contact us before ordering if you need it by a specific date.

Before it ships
Your bracelet ships by tracked international mail in a Stone Whisper kraft gift box with 20–40 g of clear quartz chips. We send a tracking number to the contact method on your order after dispatch.

That makes about 14–20 days from your order for bracelets, and up to 22 days for those goods. Customs checks or carrier delays may take longer. These are estimates, not an arrival guarantee. Contact us before ordering for a date-sensitive purchase or if an order is delayed.
We send the tracking number to the contact method on your order after dispatch. If the tracking stops updating or you need help with delivery, email support@stonewhisper.co with your order number.
Your bracelet comes in our Stone Whisper kraft gift box, with 20–40 g of clear quartz chips included. The chips are for an optional personal cleansing ritual; see our care guide for how to use them.
Available destinations and international shipping rates are shown at checkout. If a carrier or customs authority requests an import payment, contact support@stonewhisper.co before paying when practical so we can investigate.
If your shipping address changes, contact us as soon as possible. We will check the order status and confirm whether the address can still be updated before dispatch.
