Crystal-Style Advent Calendar, 24 Days

For someone who enjoys a small December surprise. A 24-day crystal-themed calendar with assorted decorative pieces, including plastic elements.

Open a door each December morning.

Advent calendars make the days before Christmas visible through a daily opening ritual. This crystal-themed version has numbered compartments and decorative surprises to uncover. The pieces are not identified by mineral, and the assortment and printed details may vary.

The story

The Advent calendar grew from nineteenth-century German customs of counting the days before Christmas with candles or chalk marks. Printed calendars later turned that daily pause into a small picture or surprise.

Start the count on December 1.

Give the calendar before the countdown begins, or open the numbered compartments at your own pace. Set aside a place to arrange the discoveries as you go. Check the shipping information for your order before choosing it for a date-specific gift.
