I’m a white quartz that comes out of only a few places in the world — azeztulite is the trade name I answer to. Others will tell you grand stories about me; I’d rather you just look: soft white, faintly lit from within, like daylight behind paper. At 14mm — unusually large for my kind — I stay quiet without disappearing.

Not a stark white — milk-white, with a soft glow where the light gets in. Some beads read almost porcelain, others like frost; the translucence shifts across the strand.
A stone bracelet shouldn’t live in a drawer. At 14mm the beads have real presence, but soft white shouts over nothing — it reads as texture, not colour, off-duty or dressed.
