Welcome to Stone Whisper (https://stonewhisper.co). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

## What We Sell

Stone Whisper provides personalized BaZi birth chart readings and crystal energy bottles. Every reading is written specifically for one person's chart. Every crystal bottle is assembled based on that person's elemental profile. These are custom products — they cannot be resold, transferred, or reused for another person.

## Orders and Payment

- All prices are listed in US dollars.

- We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

- Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full.

- After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to submit your birth details.

## Delivery Timeline

- **Readings**: Delivered digitally (PDF via email) within 3–5 business days.

- **Crystal bottles and physical items**: Shipped within 7–10 business days. Delivery time depends on your location.

## Custom Products — No Returns

All readings and crystal bottles are made to order based on your personal birth chart. Because every product is unique to you, **we do not offer returns or refunds on completed orders.**

If your order has not yet entered production, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.

## Damaged Items

If a physical item arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at **jy02133048@gmail.com** with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement.

## Accuracy of Birth Information

The accuracy of your reading depends on the birth information you provide. Please double-check your birth date, time, and city before submitting. We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect birth details.
