## Custom Products

Every Stone Whisper reading is written from scratch based on your personal birth chart. Every crystal bottle is assembled according to your elemental profile. Because these products are made specifically for you, **they cannot be returned or refunded.**

This applies to:

- Full Diagnosis ($198)

- Intention Focus ($228)

- Supplement Stones ($88)

- Crystal Bottle ($128)

- Bracelets and pendants

## Damaged or Defective Items

If a physical item (crystal bottle, bracelet, pendant, or packaging) arrives damaged or defective, contact us within **48 hours** of delivery at **jy02133048@gmail.com**. Include a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

## Order Cancellations

If your reading has not yet entered production, we can cancel your order. Once work on your reading has begun, cancellation is no longer possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
